Thanks for visiting! My name is Christine and I am a the foodie behind Gotta Eat Green. I live in Toronto, Canada with my husband Grant and my pup Cooper. Gotta Eat Green was created as a way to promote healthy eating and thinking.
I’ve been experimenting with food for as long as I can remember and everything I know I owe to my family. My parents are both amazing cooks (my mom sticks to recipes where my dad adds everything but the kitchen sink). I have always ate healthy and nothing challenges me more than making a comfort fatty food into something just as delicious, but nutritious.
Gotta Eat Green is a blog dedicated to eating healthy, clean, and of course green. Whether you have been veggie lover your whole life or just want to start eating better, the recipes I share will help you maintain a healthy, balanced diet.
My life is busy and I know how healthy eating can be difficult when we are short on time. I promise you my recipes will be easy to follow and even easier to consume. Be warned though: not everything I post will be green – because who can survive without chocolate? I’ll also give you updates on my journey and give you tips about how to balance food, life, and everything in between.
