Banana Caramel Pockets

banana caramel pocket

It’s VDAY tomorrow! Vday actually sounds pretty dirty.. let’s just stick with Valentine’s Day.

Vegan cookie dough is great because there is no raw eggs – so snack away!! These no bake cookie dough bites are going to be a yummy treat for my friend’s birthday this weekend. Since being vegan, I have been making sweets and other baked good for my friends every time I see them. Personally, I prefer vegan treats over the animal product sweets but I may be biased… I’ll let you know how the crowd likes the cookie dough bites!
